What We Do
What does the Youth Advisory Board do? Among many groups within the Arab American Youth Conference, YAB is the primary organizing committee tasked with making the conference a reality. We handle everything from finances to recruiting potential speakers, managing all the details in between. We operate under a subcommittee model with 3 focused groups handling specific tasks.

YAB supports logistics and finances of AAYC before, during, and after the conference. This includes reaching out to potential sponsors, coordinating partners, and ensuring we have staff to run the event.

Our communications subcommittee primarily handles publication efforts for the conference, including outreach to potential advertising sponsors and running our social media.

YAB creates all the panels and speaker events throughout the conference. We handle the entire schedule from start to finish, including securing all related details.
